Welcome to Crude! A raw and freehearted, clinically sound Mental Health Discipline created with the intent to help you, help yourself.
Hi ! My name is Elle. I am from Arizona. After 25 years working in the mental health field, seeing and learning all that I have, I've deduced that there is a great need for a help tool that champions fixing oneself and highlights the truths about mental health conditions and treatment, whether you're providing it, receiving it or thinking that you need it.
This extraordinary self-help tool kit is ideal guidance for anyone searching for the reality of their immense capabilities. It is also highly recommended for inpatient and residential programs as well to help optimize patient participation and progress. It is uniquely psychoeducational based and fits well with any other programming, addressing addiction, personality complexities and the wide range of psychiatric diagnosis.
Crude is a vivacious self-help tool that is designed to ignite your indominable will. You treat your mind and body as if you are weak and powerless and as if the world and life and other people have eminence over you, but nothing is farther from the truth!
The book is intertwined with a true-life story that provides compelling evidence that people are stronger than they think or feel and profoundly capable of surviving and thriving life's tough trails.
In this guide you will encounter truths about what drives mental health diagnosis and conditions, how mental health services should be provided and what your responsibilities are once you have asked for help.
You will experience truths that say what many friends and family are afraid to say and hopefully be struck by the absolute realization that you can change everything.
